Last week saw the launch of a new machine installation from Messer Cutting Systems at the Netherlands steel service centre Joop van Zanten:
The technicians started with installing the track. Perfectly aligned, it forms the basis for the cutting machine’s precision and is thus the key to high component quality. For this reason extreme accuracy of alignment is the highest priority and is ensured by the use of a laser tracker for track installation. With that the first step for precision production is accomplished.
