3. Your rights as a data subject

You may at any time exercise the following rights:

• access to the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

4. Right to object

Where we process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. 5. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority competent for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).

6. Server log files

When you access our website, the hosting server records technically necessary data in server log files:

• IP address of the requesting device,
• date and time of the request,
• requested URL and HTTP status code,
• amount of data transferred,
• referrer URL,
• user agent (browser and operating system).

Purpose: ensuring stable operation, error analysis, defence against attacks.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Retention: 14 days, after which the records are deleted or anonymised automatically. In the event of an attack, affected log lines are retained until the matter is resolved.
Recipients: no transfer to third parties other than the processor named in section 11.
Provision: without this data the website cannot be delivered technically.

7. Contact by email and phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of your request) in order to respond to your enquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to the enquiry).
Retention: until your enquiry is concluded, at most until statutory retention periods expire (HGB / AO).

8. Cookies

This website sets no cookies and stores no data in your browser's storage (such as local storage or session storage). It uses no tracking or analytics tools, no tag manager and no third-party scripts. No consent under section 25(1) TDDDG is therefore required.

The display language follows solely from the address you open (/de/… or /en/…). If you open an address without a language, we redirect you once based on your browser's language setting; nothing is stored in the process.

9. External content

This website loads no content from third-party providers; fonts are self-hosted. Links to external profiles (LinkedIn, YouTube) send a request to the respective provider only when you actively click them; that provider's privacy policy then applies.

10. Third-country transfers

No personal data is transferred to a third country (Art. 44 et seq. GDPR).

11. Processors

For hosting this website we use IONOS SE, Montabaur (Germany), as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR.
