This page lists the service providers that process personal data in connection with this website on behalf of MesserSoft GmbH (Art. 28 GDPR). It supplements section 12 of the privacy policy. It is an English translation provided for convenience; the German version is the legally binding one.
1. IONOS SE
Service: hosting of the server this website runs on.
Registered office: Montabaur, Germany.
Data: all data processed when the website is accessed, in particular the server log files (section 6 of the privacy policy) and the details entered in the licence activation forms (section 8).
2. Scaleway SAS
Service: storage of encrypted backups of the server in France.
Registered office: Paris, France.
Data: backup copies of the server's data. The server log files are excluded from the backup.
3. Microsoft Deutschland GmbH
Service: email service (Microsoft 365) for sending activation codes and for receiving email to our addresses, such as info@messersoft.com and privacy@messersoft.com.
Registered office: Munich, Germany.
Data: for licence activation, your email address, the activation code and the dongle ID(s); for email you send us, the content and contact details you provide (section 7).
4. salesforce.com Germany GmbH
Service: CRM system in which we store completed licence activations.
Registered office: Munich, Germany.
Data: the details from the licence activation form (company, contact person, email address, phone number, postal address), the dongle ID and the activation code (section 8).
