We are happy to announce that OmniWin 2023 is available now with new features and improvements.

Automatic Renesting

OmniWin provides an additional automatic nesting function that renests only the parts already on the plate.

Rotate Part to Optimize Matrix

The matrix function has a new option allowing you to rotate the parts to optimize the area needed as the matrix is created.

Protected Zones in Nesting Plans

Protected zones can now be set directly on the nesting plan.

Heat Distribution Sequence

The function for defining a cutting sequence for heat distribution was reworked. It provides a visual feedback and can be applied to parts as well.

Vaporization for Laser Cutting

Vaporization will now be shown in the simulation and is part of the production statistics in the Properties pane.

Central Material Management

The new material management functions allow you to easily manage the materials and assign the correct mapping between materials and material groups from the different process databases.
