We're happy to announce the release of a new version of OmniWin providing new features and many enhancements.

Usability of Technology Functions Enhanced

  • Easy configuration and use of bridges, common cuts, stitches, and corner loops

 

More Tool Sequencing Options

  • Set the sequence for crop cuts and pre-piercing contours

 

New Autonest Option: Part by Part

  • Sort the sequence of parts to autonest them, e.g. by size, order or any other part property

 

Enhanced Part Labels

  • Easy and flexible application: part labels can now be added to or removed from individual parts in the nesting plan with a simple click
  • Include a part instance index in the label: if a part is nested several times, each nested instance gets a unique index number allowing you to identify the exact location on the plate from which each part instance was cut.

 

Support for ELEMENT Machines

  • The new machine generation with the new control "Global Connect" requires adapted NC output which is provided by new dedicated postprocessors included in OmniWin. New PPs are available for both, bevel, and straight cutting.
