Part-by-part automatic nesting nests all selected parts in the sequence in which they are listed in the autonest dialog. Sort or group the list to modify the sequence as needed.
You can add the “Area” field and sort the parts by size to nest small parts first. In this example, the order items to be nested are grouped by order allowing you to keep all parts belonging to one order sorted together on the plate.
The automatic nesting function will get a helpful new option.
