Loops help to ensure that part corners are cut with maximum precision to achieve sharp edges. OmniWin provides round and triangle-shaped corner loops. Apply a single corner loop with a simple click on the corner. Set type and size of the corner loops in the Properties pane. The Automatic loop function applies corner loops to all corners of a part.
Another technology function for corners are corner roundings. You will find three corner rounding functions in the Modify menu. Roundings ensure that your cutting process doesn't stay too long on a corner and smoothen the processing of the corners. OmniWin allows you to set single corner roundings or roundings to all corners of a part matching the defined angle criteria.
You can also apply roundings automatically. Define the default values in the machine profile and corner roundings are applied to nested parts automatically or with the Round plan corners function to all parts on a plan.
